Cancellation policy

Subscribe for automatic replenishment and your favorite products will be automatically delivered on your schedule. Standard delivery frequency is every 2 months for individual products, and every 90 days for the Duke Cannon Supply Drop.
You can modify delivery frequency to meet your needs and receive your products more or less often in the Customer Portal. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime prior to shipping confirmation.

Once there is an active subscription, emails will be sent 3 days prior to renewal to keep you informed in the event you wish to skip, change, or cancel your subscription.

NOTE: Duke Cannon Gift Cards cannot be used on subscription orders, and subscription orders do not qualify for gift with purchase promotions or additional discounts.
