1. Sweepstakes Period: The Duke Cannon It's Too Early for the Holidays Early Holiday Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2026 , and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 10, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Duke Cannon Supply Co. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period go to dukecannon.mom/pages/holiday-sweepstakes (“Website”) and fully complete the official online entry form by providing your full name and a valid email address and click the "Submit" button.  (“Entry”). One (1) Entry per person/address.  Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. To enter without a purchase, see Section 4. 

4. Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter without purchase, on a plain 3” x 5” card, handprint legibly in all block letters, your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (or age), and phone number. Mail your 3"x5" card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to: Duke Cannon Holiday Sweepstakes c/o Duke Cannon Customer Service, 123 N. 3rd Street, Suite 104, Minneapolis, MN, 55401.  One (1) Entry per person/address.  

5. How to Play: Complete the Entry form on the Website or use an AMOE to enter the Sweepstakes.  

6. Privacy: By submitting your email address to enter the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Opting out does not affect your chance to win. Information submitted through AMOE and dukecannon.mom is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Duke Cannon Supply Co. Web Site. 7. Odds: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 13, 2026 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Taxes: All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.

10. General Rules: Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely AMOE or Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry by AMOE will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address included with Entry used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.

11. Warranties and Representations; Release of Liability: You hereby hold Sponsor and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any Entry and you waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, likeness and Entry in connection with the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant/winners agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes. 12. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Minnesota and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Minnesota. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Minnesota; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
